Arsenal are lining up a bid for Tottenham Striker Jermain Defoe. Wenger is keen on signing the England International from their London Rivals Tottenham.
Defoe has made just 16 appearance last season for spurs. He is down the pecking order after Peter Crouch and Roman Pavlyuchenko .With Harry Rednapp looking to bring Adebayor and Drogba to White Hart lane. Defoe could well be on his way to Arsenal.
Defoe has two and half year left in his Tottenham contract and a move to Wenger’s Side could be a huge step forward for the England international.
