Real Madrid have extended the contracts of key defensive pair Sergio Ramos and Pepe, the club have announced on their website.
Spain international Ramos' has signed a 3 year deal runs until the end of the 2016/17 season while Portugal centre-back Pepe signed a two year contract until 2015/16 campaign.
The 25-year-old right back, a world and European champion with Spain, moved to the capital from Sevilla in 2005 for £18.4million and has helped Madrid win two La Liga titles, the Copa del Rey and Spanish Supercup.
Brazilian-born Portuguese International Pepe joined Madrid from Porto for £20million in 2007 and has picked up one La Liga title, the Copa del Rey and Spanish Supercup during his time with the Spanish giants.
