Brazil midfielder Felipe Melo has announced he is close to depart Juventus. Paris St-Germain and Galatasaray are in a race to sign the midfielder.
After two uninspiring seasons in Serie A, Juventus intend to cut their losses and sell the Brazilian for a cut-price fee of just €10m.
According to reports from Sky Sport, the player himself is eager to stay in Europe, though the Turkish side may be closer to a deal for the player, but PSG could swoop in with a last minute deal.
Paulo Ricart, Melo's agent, revealed a statement from the player, that read: "Everything was almost settled with Sao Paulo, but then offers came from European clubs and one of them made me an offer which will increase my salary a lot."
"We are finalising details and it could all be completed in the next days."
